Insurance Policy & Procedures

We do not participate directly with any specific Dental or Medical Insurance Companies, including Medicaid & Medicare. We Do Not accept Medicare or Medicaid. Our office is classified as a non-par (non-participating). Your out of network benefits could provide coverage for your treatment.

Our office would be happy to, and can complete, and electronically file any application for insurance through out of network benefits.

Dental insurance is only accepted with assigned benefits from carriers who will send payment directly to our office. Or, for patients with insurance plans where benefits are not assigned, we will fill out and complete claim forms and file them directly with the insurance company.

The patient or guardian will be responsible for the balance of any payments not covered by the insurance company.

Financial Options

We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash at our Holmdel office. Affordable, interest free monthly payment plans through CareCredit are available.
